I had not expected someone that just wasnt use to monks. The way you were asking the question I was assuming you were a much lower level, so that is my fault. Was in my most recent push (136 Greater rift). I think I was in the ring or something lol. One time I pretty much one shot a gold mob and I had no idea how I did that. Maybe I can do it if I use the circles of % damage increase, from my followers ring and potion use, to bypass damage. Would like to get dex enchants on my gear (Ancients). Sometimes it goes well and I'm ahead by a bit but then I just get awful maps/mobs lol. I haven't been "fishing" for maps, as they say, so maybe that is an issue too when it comes to me trying to push. I honestly feel that I'm simply just underleveled in paragon, and need 3-4k to actually do the maps. Or does it just make me hit more? I think it makes the pylon lighting hit more? Idk to be honest. Try to use my squirt necklace but often things have poison or something that just gets rid of my stacks all the time.Īlso, what does attack speed do for me? Does it increase the nuke damage of my tempest rush (the stacks). I tend to try to stay in, damage a bit with just holding tempest rush, and I go out and try to go back in with a max stack tempest rush + cold % damage on my ring on. I mean, I can prevent death, but it means I won't be in there. Smaller details like using your Serenity to cover your Squrit's before rotation instead of as an "oh, shit" button that can add up to a few GR levels here and there but will also add up to change the gameplay style so much that you may no longer enjoy playing the build. Chances are, it will hit different according to your current progress. Whatever the case, it's probably a good idea to review the maxroll guide again. But if you're clearing 145, it might be as simple as a few tweaks and some fishing. If you're currently clearing gr110, for example, there's no amount of paragon that will allow you to reach gr150. That's important information to have because it tells us how much additional damage you'd need and how practical your aims are. You're not the only one reading these posts.Īnyway, you have failed to tell us how high you're currently pushing and how high you're aiming. If PoJ is a terrible pushing build (it isn't), it is stupid to try to prevent that from being openly discussed. I feel like you're posting on a public forum, so you should put on your big boy britches and choose to simply disregard suggestions that don't appeal to you instead of trying to suppress information. please don't suggest a different build or to switch class. Plenty of people say to just demon hunter/wizard to 4000 paragon then switch to monk because they are OP with paragon so yeah just wondering what I should be trying to do. I like to play monk a lot and enjoy this build so please don't suggest a different build or to switch class. To be honest, I haven't really been paying attention to the oculus ring effect on my follower, perhaps that is the key to doing massive damage and climbing? Are the potions you drink important with the field they drop down at all? I just spam my potion for buffs. Pushed quite hard to get higher level gems as well. See plenty of people say to just demon hunter/wizard to 4000 paragon then switch to monk because they are OP with paragon so yeah just wondering what I should be trying to do.īeen trying to get ancients on my ring/bracers/helmet but I cannot. Idk if monk just sucks until higher paragons or something, but yeah it's just getting pretty hard to climb solo. You can't put dex on a follower if their main stat is int so I had to put something else. If you don't see int on my follower it's because there is no int on it. When reaching maximum Spirit, all damage is increased by 150%, but you no longer passively regenerate Spirit and 65 Spirit is drained every second until you run out of Spirit. This is the build I am using + follower : ( 2) Set: When reaching maximum Spirit, all damage is increased by 1.5%, but you no longer passively regenerate Spirit and 65 Spirit is drained every second until you run out of Spirit.
